I recently purchased a walk-in tub from Walk In Tubs Ontario. The experience was excellent and I found the owner to be extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and respectful, with absolutely no pressure. He was able to provide the perfect tub to allow my mother to enjoy bathing again, which she has not been able to do for a number of years. She is ecstatic! In addition to all of this the price which included installation was the best and much less than other companies. I can’t thank John and his team enough for this experience.

Recently we purchased a “walk-in tub” from Walk-In Tubs Ontario. It was a great decision! It was installed in one day less than 2 weeks after we ordered it. Everything was completed as promised. My wife is ecstatic and is now bathing daily. It has been of great benefit to her severe arthritis. I myself sometimes use the included shower and sometimes bathe. The owner of Walk-In tubs Ontario even called us a week after installation to make sure that we were happy.This is a trustworthy company.

2 years ago- WOW!! What a product. As an arthritus sufferer I needed a tub that would fit my health needs, this tub met and exceeded my expectations. The quality is outstanding!! Dealing with this company was a pleasure, there was no pressure to buy. I was given all information with no hidden costs or surprises. Delivery and installation was as promised. I highly reccomend this product and company.

I am very pleased with the installation of my walk in tub. The installers were polite, clean, friendly and really cared about our needs. They did not leave any mess behind. Overall, the installation was fast and very professional. I would recommend Walk-In Tubs Ontario for a walk-in tub that not only looks good but has health benefits as well.
