“I had a Walk in Tub installed. Top notch work from start to finish! The installers, I swear are so experienced they could probably do with their eyes closed. They even replaced a problem pipe which I didn’t know was a problem.The tub and fixtures are lovely and the pictures shown to me did not do them justice.
The owner of the business, Mr Wilson explained every detail on the tub and the installation process, along with being very personal and professional. The tub is definitely an investment but never any pressure to push a sale.
I definitely would recommend this business to my family and friends. Last but not least, bathing is such a relaxing experience!“

“I LOVE my Walk-In Tub! The owner John Wilson came right to our home and helped us choose the best tub for our needs. He was kind, courteous, respectful and answered all of our many questions. The installation was done to perfection. Now I am able to soak in warm water and my husband is also able to shower.
The therapeutic jets have done wonders for my arthritis and circulation and has greatly improved my sleep. Perhaps most importantly I no longer fear falling when getting in and out of the tub.

“My parents LOVE their new tub. They were in need of a walk in tub, we looked at buying our own and doing the install ourselves, until we met with john from Walk in Tubs Ontario. He took the time that was needed with my parents, he was professional and very easy to talk to. Budget was a big concern for us but John came in at a lower cost than we had anticipated. We were a little concerned considering the Covid situation but our minds were put at ease when John showed up with the required mask and shield. He followed the public health guidelines and we were protected.
The installers were amazing! They were quick and clean, No mess… like John, they too were very easy to deal with.

He walked us through out options, provided the pros and cons of each (ie: water jets vs. air jets) and, most of all, listened to our wants/needs and never pushed us to buy something we didn't want. The day of the installation came and his team was on time and done before the end of the work day. As a follow up note: there was a small issue with the shower hose after some use. We liked his presentation & ordered a tub at that very meeting. He did a great sales pitch! We definitely have no regrets! The installation was to be done the very next week. When the installers arrived it was noted that it would be more to my advantage to have the tub door open the other side, it was my choice to have the door open the way I ordered. The installers showed me the difference with space & convince. They left with the tub and returned one week later with another tub to be installed. There were no issues with me changing my mind as to which way the door opened, John Wilson wanted me, as his customer, to be satisfied. The tub was installed very professionally, tidy & clean. The electrician that was here to do the wiring was also very efficient & after much time was able to fish the wires through the ceiling without making any holes that would have had to have been plastered and painted. Tidy & clean work. The electrician was so great I hired him to do some electrical work in our condo at a later date. I love my tub! I can't believe how soothing it is to relax in my tub. Easy in and out, with my mobility issues I have no worries getting in and out. My family doesn't worry either. My very, very arthritic bones are really, really happy.
