My parents purchased a Walk-in tub from Walk-in tubs Ontario Inc. 2 professional installers came to install the walk-in tub at my parents house. They deserve a 10 star rating if it were available. They came to the house, installed carpets for walking back and forth and the debris was on the carpet. They took out a heart shape tub and then rebuilt the floor. Took them longer than anticipated because the walk-in tub was a very tight fit. They managed to bring the tub through the entrance with lots of different ways in trials and finally managed to get it through the entrance. They fixed the walls surrounding the tub. Once done, they filled the tub and showed my parents how to work the jets. Thumbs up to those two experienced workers. I would request them for future installations without any doubts. We are very pleased with the installation of a walk-in tub by Walk In Tubs Ontario . We highly recommend this company. The owner, John Wilson, responded very quickly to our inquiry and came to our home to discuss why we were considering a walk in tub. We explained that, as seniors in our late 60s, that we wanted to replace the tub enclosure in our second bathroom, as the tub was really not usable. He reviewed the options and proposed a walk in tub, with air jets, by Safety Bath. He also explained the health and safety benefits. With our approval, the work was scheduled within 2 weeks and John had his expert installation team of Pierre, Alain & Ginette along with an electrician arrive as scheduled. They have obviously done many installations and removed our old tub enclosure, installed the walk in tub, the acrylic enclosure, re-installed our flood light and did all the finishing work in less that one day! Since then, we have enjoyed many relaxing baths with the adjustable air jets. John has also followed up to ensure our complete satisfaction.
